How do I get started?
Register your shelter/rescue and you will receive a unique referral ID for your organization. You can now promote the pet products to anyone and everyone! Every time people purchase, your organization benefits. Remember, people anywhere in the US and Canada can order so you can promote this program to others in different parts of North America.

How do I maximize the benefits of this program?
Aside for a mention in your newsletter or website, start promoting the products to your friends, relatives, coworkers, anyone. Make sure to also instruct your volunteers and/or employees to actively promote the benefits of the pet products and how they can support your organization.

You can also purchase the products at wholesale costs and resell them at local events, fairs and other fundraisers. You set the retail price and keep the profits. Again, you are NOT under any obligation to sell the products directly. This is just a way to really maximize the program.
Does our shelter or rescue have to stock products?
No. All orders by your customers can be placed via a toll free phone number or a secure ordering website. All orders are shipped by the supplier directly to the customer. In the unlikely event of something going wrong with a shipment or damaged product, the supplier will handle all returns or exchanges. They really do have an incredible customer service department.

Can we sell them in our office or at local events if we choose to?
Yes. It's not required, but you can offer them directly if you chose to. Being a preferred professional allows you to purchase any product at wholesale and then retail them for whatever retail price you choose.

Is there any monthly minimum or purchase requirements?
No. You are not obligated to make any mandatory purchases. However, the more you promote them the more money for your organization so...PROMOTE OFTEN!

Do I have to collect sales tax on the sales?
No. The supplier handles all tax and shipping on products ordered via the Internet, phone or by mail. Any taxes collected from products you sell directly to your customers is the responsibility of your organization. Consult your tax advisor for proper advice.

How do I get paid?
You will receive a monthly check sent to the address you used when registering. Retail profits on sales via the Internet, phone or mail are calculated at 95% of the difference between the the lowest wholesale price and the retail price listed on the website or order form. There is a minimum of $5 monthly profit before a check will be issued. No carry-over from month-to-month.

What are the typical profits?
If varies, but typically they are between 15% and 25% of the retail price.
